From last past two weeks in INDIA, people are talking about MENTAL HEALTH. So I decided to make blog on this subject. According to me art art and mental health share a close link. In any form, art serves as a tool to turn your imaginary thaughts into beautiful creation. whenever I feel low I just start to draw, that helps me to relax my mind, it is the most beautiful practice for me.
